FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS "SELLER".

How long does it usually take for a dress to sell? That may vary from dress to dress, depending on the style, age and price. The average selling time on this website is 120 days.

What is my wedding dress still worth? You can put a price on your dress; but if you want to find out what your wedding dress is worth, use the wedding dress value calculator. This calculator will require you to fill in some information about your dress, after this is done it will estimate the value.

How much does it cost to put my dress up for sale? It will cost you $15.00 USD or €15,00 to put your wedding dress up for sale. This is a one time fee until the dress is sold. There are no subscriptions or other hidden charges.

What kind of pictures do i use for listing my dress? Clear images are very important for the sale of your dress. We recommend to put up pictures of the front, back and all details of your dress. It is also a good idea to take pictures of the dress being worn. Another option is to find images of your dress by brand and style number in the website.

Is it possible to put my dress up for sale if i live outside of the United States or Europe? Of course, it is possible to sell your dress from any location worldwide! We have vendors and sellers from a lot of places in the world.

What if the brand (Designer name) of my dress is not listed? If your dress is not listed, make sure to select ''Other'' from the dropdown list. Manually write down the brand (Designer name) of your dress so this can be found easily when someone is doing a search engine.

How long does it take for my listing to be posted?
Once you have submitted all information and images of your dress, the listing will take place immediately on the website.

Is it possible to change my pictures?
You can change your pictures by logging onto your account. Go to "My items for sale" and from this page you will see your listed items for sale and a button "Add/Delete Photos". You can post five pictures per dress listed for sale and three pictures for accessories. If there is a need to post more photos of each (dress and/or accessories), the additional cost per photo is $5.00 USD or
€5,00 each.

Is it possible to edit my listing? Log onto your account and go to "My items for sale"; from this page you will see your listed items for sale and a button 'Edit Listing Text'. You can edit this whenever you want to at no additional cost.

Is it recommended to offer a return policy? We recommend to offer a return policy. This will make the buyer feel more at ease when she sees she can return dress in case it doesn't fit her.

If you chose to go forward with offering a return policy we suggest doing the following:

1. The buyer should be the one responsible for insurance and shipping charges both ways. Do not forget shipping fees are not refundable in case of a return!

2. Think about charging a returning fee between 2-10% of your selling price. Only serious buyers will take advantage of your offer.

3. The return policy should be offered for a limited period. For example, the buyer should notify you within 24 hours upon receiving the dress and should ship the item back within 5 working days of receipt.

An interested buyer contacted me, what now?  Answer all questions the interested person might have!

Who pays for the shipping costs and how much will it cost? The seller decides who pays the shipping costs or this can be discussed between the seller and buyer.

Usually the sellers specify the shipping as a buyer cost, and it will be added to the selling price at the time of the sale. The cost of the shipping will be determined by the following;

• Shipping method (Fedex, UPS, Postal, etc.)
• Shipping/Delivery time
• Size of the box
